What You'll Need:
Long Wooden Appetizer Skewers
Then any combination of the following:
Black and Green Olives
Cubed hard cheeses
Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Marinated boiled eggs (halved for chicken eggs or whole quail eggs)
Sauces or dips like:
Cut all ingredients into evenly sized chunks (or as close as possible). Do nut cut anything to be smaller than 1 in., or it may be difficult to skewer.
Arrange ingredients on skewers in any desired order. Serve together in cups with breadsticks and dips.
